  • We like to make sure that any problems that arise are fixed quickly.  Most maintenance problems are dealt with immediately by Peter, but we also have good relations with registered tradesmen.

  • When you move in you will be shown where the gas mains tap, electricity fuseboard and water stop tap are located and how to operate the heating, appliances and alarms.

  • Peter is a member of the National Landlords Association (NLA).
